Eva Robbins [Bowman] Wickware
January 10, 1924 ~ March 1, 2013

Eva Robbins Bowman Wickware was born to George and Lela Bowman in Wadesboro, NC on January 10, 1924 and went to be with her Lord Friday, March 1 in Pauls Valley.

Eva was active in the First Methodist Church in Pauls Valley. She enjoyed bowling, reading, quilting, sewing and watching sports.

She met Glennon D. "Wick" Wickware in Wadesboro, NC while Wick was serving with the 513th Parachute Infantry of the 17the Division stationed at Camp McCall, NC. They returned to Pauls Valley and were married February 17, 1946 in the First Presbyterian Church parsonage.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Harriett Alexander and one brother, Herman Bowman. A niece, Sheila Murray, also preceded her in death.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. The Oklahoma City Office is located at 6525 N Meridian; Suite 110 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church. Memorial services and services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
