© Stufflebean~Coffey Funeral Home Pauls Valley, Oklahoma December 18, 2011 Elva Mae [Gross] Isaac July 19, 1914 ~ December 18, 2011 Elva Mae Isaac, of Pauls Valley, was born July 19, 1914, to John and Melverdie Gross of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Elva was one of eleven children. Elva Gross married Alvin Isaac of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on May 9, 1936. Alvin and Elva were blessed with two sons, Danny and Alvin Dean. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin; two sons, Danny Ken Isaac and Alvin Dean Isaac; mother, father and ten brothers and sisters. Elva lived her whole life in the Paoli, Pauls Valley area, in the Beaty community and was a member of the Beaty Baptist Church for approximately 64 years. Elva is survived by her granddaughter, Susan Mapes and her husband Jeff; two great grandchildren, Isaac and Sarah of Wynnewood; two sisters-in-laws, Earlene Gross of Moore, Ok. and Paula Jean Gross of Austin, Texas; and many nieces & nephews. Elva died in the Washita Valley Living Center on Sunday, December 18, 2011, after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance. A private interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Professional services and interment are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. |
