Glen Ingram
April 20, 1942 ~ December 21, 2014

Glen Ingram, of Pauls Valley, passed away December 21, 2014 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years.

Glen was born April 20, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Walter and Goldie [Thomas] Ingram.

Glen served during the Vietnam War and is a Veteran of the U. S. Army.

He moved from California to make Pauls Valley his home about the mid-1980's.

He was married to Joyce [Davis] Ingram in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.

There are so many things to be said about this man that it is hard to know where to start. First and foremost he loved his family. His wife Joyce was the love of his life. They were best friends and enjoyed the past 30 years at each other's side. He loved his children dearly and witnessed the birth of every grandchild.

His living was driving a truck but when he was off work in his younger years he and Joyce would grab their fishing poles and head out. As he grew older he enjoyed his yard work, the flowers, feeding the birds, really enjoyed hummingbirds and the squirrels.

One of the grandsons told him last night in saying his goodbye" Grandpa you were the only consistent man in my life and the only man I ever looked up to." Glen loved his family unconditionally and we all leaned on him. If we ever needed anything we all knew we could always call Glen Everyone enjoyed visiting and watching TV with mama and Glen but the one thing that you dare not do is TALK POLITICS !! This was a running joke in the family.

We all love him so much and will dearly miss this pillar in our family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Goldie Ingram; grandchildren, Jason Mantooth and Taylor Paul; two sisters, Glenda Griffin and Lenora Fay Ferrell; and two brothers, Robert Luckingbill and Maynard Luckingbill.

Surviving family include his wife, Joyce of the home; children, Marci Williams of Kentucky, Lori Smith of Oregon, Amy Green of California, and Sandy Mantooth, Judy Mantooth, Tammie Mantooth, and Cindy Mantooth, all of Pauls Valley; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Junella Jo Selsor of Stafford, Missouri and Goldie Irene Rizor of Roach, Missouri; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Henry Rush, Jr. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
