© Stufflebean~Coffey Funeral Home Pauls Valley, Oklahoma April 16, 2012 Robert Thomas "Bob" Conley May 6, 1947 ~ April 16, 2012 Robert "Bob" Thomas Conley, of Pauls Valley, was born May 6, 1947 in Rockford, Illinois to Francis V. "Tom" Conley and Shirley Jean Landis Conley. He passed away April 16, 2012 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years. Robert was married to Lorraine Marie Schroder in Rockford, Illinois on September 19, 1975. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Viet Nam era. Robert was a member of the Viet NOW chapter of Freeport, Illinois. He had lived in this area for the past 36 years and was a member of the First Church of God. Robert was a retired automotive mechanic and postal employee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Shirley Conley. Surviving family include his wife, Lorraine Conley, of the home; son, Steven C. Conley, of Lincoln, Nebraska; 2 brothers and sisters in law, David & Dana Conley, of Jamesville, Wisconsin; and John & Linda Conley, of Winnebago, Illinois; 1 step brother and his wife, Eldon & Jan Conley, Harvard, Illinois; 2 sisters and brothers in law, Ruth & Roger Morse, of Tennessee; and Marian & Bill Peck, of Maynard, Iowa; 2 step sisters, Phyllis & Jim Ule, of Woodstock, Illinois; and Margie Neverdoski, of Woodstock, Illinois; 1 grandson, Ethan Robert Conley, a host of nieces & nephews, and other relatives & many friends. The family request in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Children's Ministry at the First Church of God at 414 N. Chickasaw St. in Pauls Valley, Ok. 73075. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 10:00 am at the First Church of God officiated by Rev. Terry Clayton and Rev. Gary Underwood. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. |
