© Stufflebean~Coffey Funeral Home Pauls Valley, Oklahoma December 25, 2013 Walter Dale Clark March 29, 1934 ~ December 25, 2013 Walter "Dale" Clark was born on March 29, 1934, at Eram, Oklahoma. His parents were Rufus Clark, Sr. and Retta Dupboye Clark. Dale passed away December 25, 2013 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years. Dale was raised in the area of St. Louis, Oklahoma then the family moved to Pauls Valley, Oklahoma in 1951. Dale attended Pauls Valley High School. Following high school he served in the U. S. Navy. He later worked for Clark Brothers Well Service for several years and spent the rest of his working years working in the oil field. He was a member of Beaty Baptist Church. Dale is survived by his wife, Irene, of the home; one daughter, LaNita Gayle Haynes of Seminole, Oklahoma; one son, Richard Dean Clark of Pauls Valley; their mother Juanita Clark of Pauls Valley. He is also survived by one step-daughter, Susan Duty and husband Jay of Tulsa Oklahoma; one step-son, Keith Baker and wife Misty, of Pauls Valley; six step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter; brothers Rufus Clark, Jr. and wife, Peggy of Gainesville, Texas and Jim Clark of Moore, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Donald and Bobby Joe Clark and two sisters, Audra Ann Dudley and Wilma Lois Clark as well as one step-son, Kalan Baker. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Kevin Driskill. Committal Services will be at the Mt. Olivet Pavilion. Interment will be at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home. |
