Robert Eugene Hayes
January 8, 1948 ~ January 10, 2000


Memorial services for Robert Eugene Hayes will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., January 22, 2000 at the Maysville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville.

Robert Eugene Hayes was born January 8, 1948 to Robert and Lou Jean Underwood Hayes. He passed away Monday, January 10, 2000 at Clarksville, Tennessee, at the age of 52 years.

Robert Hayes lived in the Maysville area in the mid-1960's.

He was an excellent high school football player as a running back.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the Marines.

Robert had lived in the Tennessee area for the past 15 years.

Survivors include one daughter, Katerina Blankenship of Eva, Tennessee; one son Zackary Hayes, also of Eva, Tennessee; one brother Tommy Hayes of Flower Mound, Texas; and by many aunts and uncles, other family members and friends made throughout the years.

Robert was preceded in death by both parents and a sister, Janet.
