© Winans Funeral Home Maysville Oklahoma October 3, 1984 February 6, 1941 ~ October 3, 1984 Carol Dean [Willingham] Haslam was born February 6, 1941 at Calhoun, Oklahoma to Burl and Nethlee [Bledsoe] Willingham. She died at the age of 43 on October 3, 1984 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma after an extended illness [Cancer]. She attended school at Pernell, Oklahoma. In 1956 she married Bobby Gene Haslam. She was a Beauty Operator in Lindsay for eight years before retiring. She loved the out-of-doors, fishing and being with her family. Carol was affiliated with the Church of Christ in Lindsay, Oklahoma. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister and daughter. Survivors include: her husband Bobby, of the home; one daughter, Tammy Diane Blankenship of Blanchard, Oklahoma; one son, Randy Gene Haslam, of Lindsay; three grandchildren, Kurt Blankenship, Clint Blankenship of Blanchard, and Laci Haslam of Lindsay; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burl Willingham of Maysville; three sisters, Betty Albright, Mary Richardson, and Martha Haught, and one brother Burl Ray "Buck" Willingham of Lindsay and many other friends and relatives. Funeral services were held October 6, 1984 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Maysville with Rev. Geral Harmon officiating with burial in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John Williams of Winans Funeral Home of Maysville, Oklahoma. |
© Winans Funeral Home Maysville Oklahoma April 2018 March 8, 1960 ~ April 18, 2018 Randy Gene Haslam of Ninnekah was born on March 8th, 1960 in Pauls Valley, OK to Bobby and Carol [Willingham] Haslam. He passed away on April 14th, 2018 in his home at the age of 58. Randy grew up in Lindsay where he graduated from Lindsay High School in 1978. He was the owner/operator of A & H Disposal, INC and he took great pride in his business and the work he did with his dad, Bob. Randy was always a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He loved spending time with his dogs watching NHRA drag racing and taking naps. Randy could always be seen puffing on a cigar and enjoyed pipes and good tobacco. He had a fun and crazy sense of humor and was very ornery and sometimes obnoxious. He loved to make people laugh with his stupid jokes and was always fun to be around. He was also a daredevil who had no fear and would push the limits in everything he did. He really enjoyed good music and liked to play it loud. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him. He is survived by his daughters: Laci Haslam and fiancé Ricky Walker of Lindsay; and Kali Medellin and husband Max of Lindsay. Grandchildren: Taylor Hughes, Kamryn Wallace, Knox Medellin, Kash Medellin and Cayce Walker. Father and Step-mother: Bobby and Kay Haslam of Norman Sister, Tammy Blankenship and husband Craig of Edmond. Randy was preceded in death by his grandchildren Raya and Max Medellin, his mother Carol Haslam, maternal grandparents Burl and Nethlee Willingham, paternal grandparents Milton and Mary Haslam, and his beloved dogs, Zoey and Austin. Memorial services will be held graveside 2:00 pm, Friday, April 27, 2018 in the Maysville Cemetery under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.
