© Winans Funeral Home Maysville Oklahoma November 2005 December 25, 1922 ~ November 10, 2005 MAYSVILLE -- Services for Lois Estelle DeArman, 82, were 2 p.m. Saturday at Winans Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Mayhue officiating. Interment followed at Maysville Cemetery. Born December 25, 1922 at Cottonwood to Audry Jobert and Rowena Claressa McBride. She died November 10, 2005 at an Ardmore hospital. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Tuffy, brothers, Herman, Mike and R.T. and sisters, Georgia, Dorothy and a baby, as well as a grandchild, Taylor. Lois was a longtime resident of the area. She was the widow of Orval "Tuffy" DeArman. Lois was an employee of the Pauls Valley State School for many years, starting in 1963 and retiring in 1992. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Maysville, being saved and baptized on December 2, 1951. Survivors include one daughter, Claressa Thornton and her husband, Gary, Durant, son, Rick DeArman and his wife, Glenda, Sulphur; brother, Bobby Plaster, Ardmore; sister, Pearly Pratt, Maysville; four grandchildren, Greg, Pam, Lisa and Shon; 10 great-grandchildren, Derek, Brent, Brandi, Todd, Joshua, Madison, Tyler, Avery, Jason and Mandi; one great-great-grandchild, Jakaine; and other relatives and many friends made throughout the years. |
