Aubrey Baker
January 13, 1931 ~ June 4, 2015


Aubrey Baker, of Blanchard, passed away June 4, 2015 in Blanchard, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years.

Mr. Baker was born January 13, 1931 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Van Washington and Eva Pearl [Jones] Baker.

He grew up in the Wynnewood area and lived most of his life in Oklahoma City and the past 18 years in the Chickasha area. He worked for many years for Fred Jones Ford in Oklahoma City where he was a Diesel Mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son; 4 brothers and 6 sisters.

Surviving family include: his 3 daughters, Linda Hager of Arlington, Texas; Cleo Mallory of Seminole; and Vanessa Galyen of Oklahoma City; several grandchildren and, great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ellen Browning of Oklahoma City and Frankie Sharp of Wynnewood as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 10:30 am at the Lewis Cemetery officiated by Bro. Orville Cottrell.

Interment will be at Lewis Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
