Orvil Troy Yarbrough
September 3, 1912 ~ December 4, 1995


Orvil Troy Yarbrough, 83, Pauls Valley, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Pack and Pastor Charles Dean officiating.

Burial will be at the Klondike Cemetery under the direction of the Wooster Funeral Home.

Yarbrough was born on September 3, 1912 in Breaden and died Monday at Purcell.

Yarbrough spent is childhood days in Kingfisher and Shulder. He was in the CCC from 1933-34 at Broken Bow.

He married Ida Todd on October 7,1936 in Paden. The couple moved to Maysville in 1948.

He was a truck driver for Kerr McGee and worked later as a diesel mechanic. He was a roughneck and worked for Warren Petroleum, retiring in 1975.

He loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles, receiving pins for miles ridden with the Black Hawk Motorcycle Club.

He and his wife collected Studebaker cars from 1972 and were members of the Studebaker car club at one time owning 88 of them.

He was affiliated with the Methodist Church.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Odis Thomas and Elizabeth Baldwin Yarbrough; Carl Yarbrough; Two sons, Joe and Alvin Yarbrough both died in 1984; One grandson David Kinslow also buried at Klondike.

Survivors include his wife Ida of the home, daughter Joyce Ann Strouder of Plainveiw, Texas.

Ida Agnes Yarbrough
August 4, 1920 ~ November 3, 2006


Ida Agnes Yarbrough of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born on August 4, 1920 in Missouri and passed from this life on November 3, 2006 in Plainview, Texas at the age of 86 years.

Ida grew up and attended school in Dover and Kingfisher.

Ida and her husband Orval made their home in Pauls Valley and owned and operated Ida's Kitchen. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and cooking.

The most important things she taught others about life were to work hard and take care of your family.

Mrs. Yarbrough is survived by; 1 daughter: Joyce Stouder of Plainview, Texas 2 grandchildren: Linda Yarbrough and Tina Kinslow both of Plainview, Texas 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Yarbrough was preceded in death by; Her husband: Orval Yarbrough Her parents 4 sons 5 brothers 4 sisters.

Funeral services for Mrs. Yarbrough are scheduled for Monday, November 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Pack officiating.

Interment will be in the Klondike Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send a condolence to the family at www.woosterfuneralhomes.com.
