Del City, Oklahoma October 2018 May 1, 1947 ~ October 14, 2018 Enoch Raymond NeSmith, age 71, of Del City, OK, died Sunday, October 14, 2018. He was born on May 1st, 1947 to Rues Raymond and Pearl []Horne] NeSmith at Wynnewood, Oklahoma. He lived most of his young life in the Satterwhite Community, and attended school both at Satterwhite and Elmore City. Enoch worked in the construction business, remodeling homes and building furniture. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, music and watching OU football. In June of 1969, Enoch married Tommie Stockton and to this union three sons were born, Colby Enoch, Oliver Raymond, and Samuel John. Enoch is survived by his sons, Colby and Oliver, both of SW Oklahoma City; one grandson, Brett of SW Oklahoma City, two brothers, James NeSmith and wife Dorothy of Blanchard, David Ivey and wife Barbara of Purcell, one sister Pearline and husband Larry Perkey of Dibble,two step brothers Raymond Ivey and wife Norma of Elmore City and Bill Ivey and wife Joann of Guthrie, one aunt, Ida Ruth Horn of Norman, close cousins, Alvin, Eugene and Emily Smith, step daughter Jennifer Smith and husband Chuck of Del City, OK, step son Jason Nickle, and a host of other family and friends. Enoch is preceded in death by his mom and dad, his stepdad, John Ivey, his son Samuel, brother Rues NeSmith, his beloved Juanita, step daughter Cindy, one stepbrother, Charles Ivey, a stepsister, Sue Haney, and nephew Mark NeSmith. |
