Robert Wayne Turner
September 19, 1970 ~ March 9, 2017


Robert Wayne Turner of Wynnewood, Oklahoma was born to Robert Wayne and Shirley [Turner] Williams on September 19, 1970 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed from this life on March 9, 2017 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 46 years.

Robert grew up and attended school in Oklahoma City, Pernell, and Wynnewood where he graduated in 1989. He then attended NEO College in Miami, Oklahoma, where he played football.

Robert worked at Southern Oklahoma Resource Center and ranched.

In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, rodeoing, fishing, hanging out with friends and family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces, nephews, and grandsons.

The highlight of his life was winning the Class 2A State Football Championship in 1987-1988. Robert taught others to enjoy life to the fullest and the importance of getting an education.
