November 2020 Merlene [Farris] Tilley Oct 8, 1938 ~ Mar 8, 2018 Merlene Tilley of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born to Murl And Bonnie (Miller) Farris on October 8, 1938 in Minden, Louisiana and passed from this life on March 8, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years. Merlene grew up and attended school at Fox, Oklahoma. She worked as an accounting clerk for American Fidelity Assurance Company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Merlene was a member of “The Church at Midtown” in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling, reading, crossword puzzles, and playing bingo. The highlights of her life were her grandchildren and family. Mrs. Tilley is survived by: 3 daughters: Radonna Tilley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Rhonda Tipton and husband Rick of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cindy Wortham and husband Adam of Yukon, Oklahoma, 1 sister: Rita Sommer of Nashville, Tennessee, Grandchildren: Erikka and Dustin Ault; Tiffany and Kyle DeSautell; Jordan Wortham; Loren Wortham; and Tyler Wortham, Great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Kadyn, Kyler Ault; and Porter DeSautell.
