Linda Sue [Davis] Harris
August 29, 1945 ~ October 11, 2020


A rosary vigil for Linda Sue [Davis] Harris will be held at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church in Pauls Valley. The vigil will be livestreamed on the Facebook for Wooster Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at the Antioch Cemetery.

Linda Harris was born August 29, 1945 to George Alfred and Joan Helen [Glaser] Davis in Elmore City, Oklahoma. She died Sunday, October 11 in Oklahoma City after a brief illness.

Raised in Maysville, Oklahoma, Linda was a 1963 graduate of Maysville High School where she was a cheerleader. She later attended East Central University in Ada.

Linda married the love of her life, Ronald Harris, on March 1, 1963 in Purcell. They made their home in Pauls Valley where they raised both of their children and have been active in their community since moving here.

She was a lifelong member of St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church.

She was first and foremost a homemaker who loved taking care of her family.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Jan Owen.

She is survived by her husband, Ron,of the home; a daughter, Rhonda Harris McKinzie and husband Ken of Pauls Valley; a son, Randy Harris and wife Suzanne of Norman; grandchildren Haleigh Ralls and husband J.J. of Pauls Valley, Jacob Harris of Norman, Cohen McKinzie and wife Kelsea of Lone Grove, Lily Richardson and husband Trevor of Norman, and Laura Harris of Norman; great-grandchildren Fletcher Ralls of Pauls Valley and Phoebe McKinzie of Lone Grove; two brothers, Terry Davis and wife Beverly of Maysville and Larry Davis and wife Joyce of Wayne; two sisters, Dorothy Jones and Sharon Judd of Meeker.

Services are under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
