May 7, 2006 September 14, 1934 ~ May 7, 2006 Teddy is the husband of Argia Sizemore. He was born in Oklahoma City and attended college in Oklahoma City before enlisting in the U.S. Army. He served 21 years and rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant. While he was in the Army, he was stationed in West Africa, Germany, and Turkey. Prior to his death, he worked as a dispatcher for the Stratford Police Department. He died of a heart attack on May 7, 2006. |
February 5, 2011 August 2, 1940 ~ February 5, 2011 Ada Argie Oswald of Stratford was born August 2, 1940 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James & Zetta [Abney] Sizemore. She passed away February 5, 2011 in Enid, Oklahoma at the age of 70 years 6 months and 3 days. She was married to Teddy Loren Oswald in Oklahoma City, OK on June 19, 1959. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She and Teddy moved to Stratford in 1976, then she moved to Cleo Springs this past year. She attended the Free Will Baptist Chirch. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Teddy and all 4 siblings. Pallbearers will be family members. Survived by 1 son, Bobby Oswald & wife Angelia, Springfield, MO; 2 daughters, Linda Kathleen Nessell, Stratford, OK; Margie Ann Ross, Cleo Springs, OK; 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 1:00 PM at Pickard Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Lewis Perry. Burial will be in the Abney Family Cemetery west of Stratford, OK. |
