Billy Joe "Bill" Bookout was born July 29, 1935 in Minturn Larn, Arkansas to Tolbert and Ada Hustella Bookout. Bill married Judith Aileen Anthony in 1954 and they later divorced.
He married Stella A. Kingsolver on April 4, 1964 and she preceded him in death on August 31, 1999.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 16, 2006 at 10 am in the Ladusau Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Velmer Goebel officiated. Burial was in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Lahoma, under the direction of Ladusau Evans.

Services for Stella Ann Kingsolver Bookout were held Saturday. September 3, 1999 under the direction of Ladusau Evans Funeral Home. Burial followed in Zion Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau Evans Funeral Home.
Stella Ann Kingsolver was born November 27, 1938 in Harper Kansas to Harvey and Helen Kingsolver and died in Enid Oklahoma on August 31, 1999 at the age of 60.
She married Billy Joe Bookout on April 4, 1964.
