Funeral service for Loretta Jordan, 77-year-old former Enid, Okla., resident, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Susan Southall will officiate. Burial will follow at White Cemetery, Hunter, Okla.

Loretta “Lori” Jordan of Hunter, Okla., left this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Loretta was born Dec. 23, 1937, in Enid, Okla.

She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Hunter High School.

Lori attended and completed Enid Business College. After a period of time she took a position with the Department of Defense as a civilian employee. While working for the DOD, she traveled throughout the United States and overseas. Her final position was as the Base Historian at Vance Air Force Base. Lori retired to Hunter after 30 plus years of service.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ira Thomas and Rosamond Jordan; daughter, Vikki Rose Trahan; two grandsons, Jordan Davidson and Matthew Trahan; and a nephew, Michael Thomas Jordan.

Lori is survived by brothers, LeRoy Jordan, and Larry Jordan and wife Susan; daughters, Robin Garcia and husband Phillip, Dani Hurley and husband Bill, and Sheri Morton and husband Wayne; son, Randy Richey and wife Shannon; grandchildren, Jessi Rose Broussard and husband Shawn, Aubrey Davidson, Kelsi Davidson, Kristen Davidson, Caitlin Hurley, Nicholas Hurley, Thomas Morton and wife Josephine, Hope Morton, Ryan Richey and Grace Richey; and three great-grandchildren, Emma Rose Broussard, Sophia Broussard and Sean Matthew Broussard; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

Donations may be made in Loretta’s name to St. Labre Indian School, Ashland, MT 59004, or St. Joseph’s Indian School, 1301 N. Main St., Chamberland, SD 57325, through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
