Near Fairmont
Funeral services for Mr. Ben Vanderwork, 72, who died at his home east of Fairmont Thursday following an illness of several weeks, were held at the Schaeffer Funeral chapel at Enid Sunday afternoon and the remains interred in the Waukomis cemetery. Mr. Vanderwork, who has been a resident of the Fairmont vicinity for many years, is survived by his wife, four daughters, Mrs. Fred Dolton of Waukomis; Mrs. Ethel Crouch, San Antonio, Tex.; Mrs. Blanche Florian of Fairmont; and Mrs. Pettie Baird of Los Angeles, Calif.; and one son, Mr. Ben Vanderwork of Fairmont besides three brothers and a number of other relatives.
