Michael Skoda, age 41, passed away Friday, May 23, 2008, in Enid. He was born on October 27, 1966, in Enid to Joe and Margaret (Streck) Skoda.
Michael enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his Okla-homa Sooner's football team. He attended Waukomis Schools and graduated in 1984. Michael knew how to make everyone around him laugh with his sense of humor and will greatly be missed by everyone who knew him. Michael's second love was his job at the Garfield Sheriff Department, where everyone was family.
Michael is survived by his parents, Margaret and Joe Skoda, and the love of his life, Tina Troutman, and brothers Joe Skoda and Brian Skoda; nieces Kendra Skoda, Rachel and Rebecca Skoda; nephews Chris Skoda and Craig Skoda; great niece Lexie Skoda and great nephew Blake Skoda.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Anna Skoda and a son, Austin Skoda.
The funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Marvin Goodpasture will officiate. Burial will be in the Waukomis Cemetery.
