ENID, Okla. — Graveside service for Thomas S. Moore Sr., 84, of Drummond, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014, in Waukomis Cemetery. The Rev. Garry Vincent will officiate. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy. Masonic Rites will be conducted by Waukomis Lodge 161.
Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
He was born Sept. 19, 1929, to Thomas Schley Moore Sr. and Emma Rose (Valtr) Moore in Enid, Okla., and passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2014, in Enid.
He graduated from Pioneer High School in 1947. He attended A&M in Stillwater, then graduated from Okmulgee Tech.
He served in the United States Navy, where he was head engineer on the Destroyer Escort during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged in 1954.
He met his wife of 61 years, Diana, in Long Beach, Calif. They married Oct. 10, 1952.
He was a middle weight Golden Glove Boxer. He owned and operated Moore and Son’s Diesel Service from 1962-1993. He was a 32 Degree Mason, Waukomis Lodge 161.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; sons, Thomas Moore Jr. and Arthur Moore; daughter, Debra Milacek; grandsons, Thomas Moore, Jarred Moore, Garret Moore, Grant Moore, Kevan Milacek and Paul Leisher; granddaughters, Amy Moore, Alice Moore and Kerri Foster; great-grandchildren, Trey Leisher, Clay Hale, Cayden Hale, Caleb Hale, Baylee Foster, and Kinsley Foster; and his faithful dog, Austie.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be given to the Drummond Fire Department, with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.

The graveside services celebrating the life of Diana J. Moore, 85, of Drummond, will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday October 23, 2017 in the Waukomis Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor Dave Jones officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral home.
She was born October 11, 1932 to Arthur and Alice Pittman Fawcett in Long Beach, California and passed from this life on October 17, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was raised and educated in Long Beach, California. She then attended Long Beach City College for a course in bookkeeping. She soon met the love of her life Thomas Moore while he was stationed in Long Beach with the USN. They were married for 61 years and 5 months. She worked alongside of her husband at Moore and Sons Diesel Service for 30 years. She was a peace maker, common person and knew that the key to a long life was to laugh.
She is survived by her children, Thomas Moore Jr. (Susan), Debbie Milacek (Larry), Arthur Moore (Sharon), nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog Little Austie.
Memorials may be made to Drummond Fire Department and Waukomis Senior citizens meals with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodians over the funds.
