Waukomis Cemetery



Henry F. Henneke, 81, lifelong farmer of the Waukomis community, died Thursday afternoon in an Enid hospital following a short illness.

His service will be at 10:30 AM Saturday in the Enid Mennonite Brethren Church with Ken D. Janzen, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery under direction of Brown Funeral Home.

Henneke was born in Kansas and came with his parents to the farm northwest of Waukomis where he was still living. He married Edna May Minor in May of 1922.

Survivors include his wife, Edna M.; one son, Edward, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Peat, Enid, and Mrs. Mary Cordes, Perry; and several nieces and nephews.
