March 27, 1940 - July 27, 2017

Graveside services for Jack Baker, age 77 years, of Waukomis, are 10:00 am, Monday, July 31, 2017 at the Waukomis Cemetery Chapel. Pastor David Jones of Waukomis Christian Church will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 30, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jack was born March 27, 1940 in Topeka, Kansas to Dale and Alice (Nelson) Baker, and passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017 at The Commons in Enid.

Memorials in Jack's name may be made to go toward funeral expenses with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
