Funeral services for Mrs. June Anderson, 68, 1328 E. Cherokee, who died early Thursday following a short illness, will be at 2 PM Sunday in Central Christian Church. Dr. Lloyd H. Lambert, minister, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery at Waukomis.

Mrs. Anderson was born March 24, 1913, at Waukomis and moved with her parents to Clinton. Following her high school graduation at Clinton, she moved to Oklahoma City where she worked for radio station WKY, singing in a trio. She later sang solo for the station.

Mrs. Anderson later moved to Enid and worked at Vance Air Force Base. In 1946, she started working as a Secretary at the Great Salt Plains Council, Boy Scouts of America, retiring April 1, 1975. She was a member of Central Christian Church, Sooner Sunday School Class and Sweet Adeline's.

Survivors include two sons, Marvin Anderson, Rowland Heights, California, and Bill Anderson, Morrison; six grandchildren; one brother, Gail C. Lovell, Enid; and two sisters, Mrs. Aletha Lukenbaugh, Enid, and Mrs. Kirk (Reva) Smith, Nash.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial fund will be established in her memory at the local Boy Scout office with the funeral home serving as custodian.
