Rose Hill Cemetery


VETERAN NURSE OF UNION ARMY IS DEAD IN ENID
She was one of 12 survivors who saw service in the Civil War

Mrs. Mary K. Boyington died yesterday afternoon at the home of her niece Wanda George, 717 West Randolph where she had been ill for about a month.

Her home was 1/2 mile West of Carrier that she had homesteaded at the opening of the Cherokee Strip. Her husband died August 20, 1920.

She is susrvived by her children, Elmer Boyington of Carrier; Charles Boyington of Carrier; Mrs. H. C. George of Carrier; Mrs. A. E. Ford of Carrier; and Dr. Emma Thomas, of Missouri.

The Funeral will be held at Carrier and burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
