ELMER BOYINGTON DIED IN HOSPITAL
Elmer I. Boyington, 81, died late Thursday afternoon in an Enid hospital. A native of Knoxville, Tenn. he made his home at 1310 North Quincy.

Mr. Boyington was a retired telephone operator.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Pearl Hixon of Guthrie; Mrs. Gladys Belle Hatfield of Carrier; two sons, Earnest Boyington of Enid and Clarence Boyington of Rocky Ford, Colorodo; three sisters, and one brother; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Darnall funeral home. Burial will be in the Carrier Cemetery.
