Mrs. Josie Maly, 65, 1005 E. Broadway, died Sunday evening in a local hospital. Her funeral service will be at 10 AM Thursday in the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Lambert officiating.
Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery at Breckinridge.
Mrs. Maly was born March 16, 1906, in Kingfisher County. She grew up there and was married to Joseph Maly February 6, 1928, in Medford.
They made their home in the Breckinridge and Enid communities. He preceded her in death November 1, 1962, and she moved to Enid that same year. Her parents and two infant daughters off also predeceased her.
She was a member of the Central Christian Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John (Anna) Petr of Garber and Mrs. George (Julie) Galusha of Enid; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Rudolph and Stanley Vaverka of Hennessy; two sisters, Mrs. Eldon (Annette) Goucher of Enid and Mrs. Harry (Mary) Walker, Hennessy.
