ABILENE, TX — Funeral service for Danny Edward Bailey, 59, of Abilene, Texas, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at Garber Baptist Church, with Pastor Tom LeGrand officiating.

Commital prayers will be in Paradise Cemetery, Breckinridge, under the kind guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.

Danny was born Nov. 30, 1954, in Kermit, Texas, the son of R.V. and Patricia Driver Bailey, and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, in Lubbock, Texas.

He graduated from high school in Crane, Texas.

Danny was a lifelong resident of Texas.

Survivors include, three sons, Benjamin Bailey of Garber, Evan Bailey of Norman and Gerrod Bailey of Cashion, Okla.; daughter, Ashley Bailey of Bethany, Okla.; granddaughter, Addison Bailey of Garber; sisters, Cindy Haas of Kempner, Texas, Juanita Dennis and Jualetta Hokit, both of Laredo, Texas, and Lisa Bailey of San Angelo, Texas.

Danny was preceded in passing by his parents.
