Jesse was born on March 7, 1925 to Henry E. and Inez Strecker. He passed from this life on May 9, 2001 in Enid.

On Aug. 21, 1949,he married Myrtle V Bouse in the Orion Baptist Church. The couple made their home on the farm and then moved to Enid in September 1954.

To this union was born daughters: Carolyn, Barbara and Pamela Sue and a son David.

He was preceded in death by their daughter Pamela in 1958.

He is survived by his wife Myrtle of the home; daughters Carolyn (Jerry) Flynn of Enid, Barbara (Paul) East of Temple,Texas ; and son David (DeNyce) Strecker of Conroe, Texas
