Funeral for Phillip Skaggs, 62, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Family visitation 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Phillip was born Sept. 27, 1950, in Pasadena, Texas, to Gilbert and Anna May White Skaggs and died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Greenbrier Nursing Home, Enid.
Surviving are brother, Clifford Skaggs and wife Charolette; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Preceded by his parents and one brother, Micheal Skaggs.
