The funeral for Diana Jo Semrad, 62, of Enid, will be Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 10 a.m. in Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Burleson officiating with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
She was born Nov. 11, 1944, in Enid to Ora “Pete” and Marylee Irene Smith Ferall, and died Friday, April 20th in Oklahoma City Integris Baptist Medical Center.
She grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School in 1962. She attended Draughan School of Business. For 38 years, she was the Program Manager Secretary for Computer Science Corporation in the Applied Technology Division at Vance Air Force Base. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, a very loving grandmother, and an avid gardener.
She is survived by one son Phillip Scott and wife Janett Semrad of Davill, La.; one grandchild, Cash Dillon Semrad; stepgrandchildren, Cassidy Koehn, Marisa Bell, Ashley Bell; her mother, Marylee Ferall; one brother, Bill and wife Candice Lochner of Enid; a sister, Faral and husband Mike McKay, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in her memory may be made to Enid SPCA with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
