A graveside service for Lowell Thomas “Tommy” Sawyer Jr., 58, of Enid will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Chaplain Norman “Shorty” Unruh will officiate. Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
He was born Nov. 29, 1949, in Enid to Lowell Sr. and Lillian T. Trapp Sawyer and died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
He was raised in Enid and graduated from Enid High School. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After his discharge, he moved back to Enid and worked as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Salvation Army.
