OBITUARY CARYLE RUSSELL
Enid, OK - The funeral for Caryle Russell, 101, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. David Wiggs will officiate. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

She was born Nov. 28, 1908, in Carrier to Emmett Stanton and Lillie Ford Marshall and died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, at The Methodist Home.

She graduated from Carrier High School, attended Oklahoma A&M, and completed her education at Enid Busines College.

She married James Paul Russell Jan. 11, 1930. They made their home in Enid. They operated Lake Hellums amusement park and Jacoby's Drive-In before establishing Russell Realty.

Surviving are her daughter, Jarilyn Baugher of Tulsa; her son, Dr. David Russell of Enid; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, one son, three sisters and two brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
