October 30, 1958 - May 11, 2019

Robert Ogden "Rob" Rothe of Dallas, TX passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Rob was born on October 30, 1958 in Salina, KS to the late Robert and Marilyn (Waller) Rothe and grew up in Oklahoma City.

He was active with his dad and brother in the Village UMC Scouting Program and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Rob was a 1977 graduate of John Marshall High School where he was a sports writer for the school newspaper and yearbook. He graduated in 1981 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. While at OSU, and throughout the many years hence, Rob was a dedicated member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity and a rabid Cowboys fan. His second passion was the Dallas Cowboys. Rob spent his sales and marketing career in the Dallas area in the food and restaurant equipment industries.

Rob is survived by his sister, Barbara Rothe of Atlanta, GA; his brother and sister-in-law, Sandy and Leslie Rothe of Denver, CO; his sister and brother-in-law, Jane and John Wegner of Spring Hill, FL; nephews, Robert and Angela Rothe and great-nephew, Harrison; Barrett and Annie Rothe; great-nieces, Lilly and Addy of Denver and niece, Jill Wegner of Spring Hill, as well as two aunts, an uncle, and numerous cousins.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid, OK under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
