The funeral service for Jessie Mae Rork, 95-year-old Lahoma resident will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020, in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Kelly Cronkhite officiating. A private burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Jessie was born Feb. 13, 1925, in Branch, Mo., to Oliver and Mollie (Cureton) Glor and died Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020, in St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. On Aug. 3, 1943, she married Kenneth "BoBo" Rork in Reno, Nev. After the war, the couple made their home in the Carrier area. Jessie worked in the cafeteria of Carrier school, at the Lazy H Motel, and was a Central Sterile technician at St. Mary's Hospital for many years. She also was the custodian of the United Church of Lahoma up until two years ago.

She was a long-time member of the United Church of Lahoma, and a member of the Women's Circle at the church. She enjoyed going to the cosino's, gardening, bowling and watching her Thunder play in person or on TV. She would go every Saturday to watch her son, grandson and daughter-in-law race. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children; Roy Rork and wife Janice of Enid, Linda Cottom of Goltry and Gary Rork and wife Holly of Norman; 15 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth, her son Steve Rork, daughter Sharon Koehn, brothers Frank, Charles, Walter, William, and Roy and sisters Nina and Rosalee.

Memorials may be made through Henninger-Hinson to the United Church of Lahoma.
