The graveside service for Charlotte Marie Francis Rodriguez will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Thoms officiating. Services are under the direction of Henninger~Hinson Funeral Home.

Charlotte is survived by her parents, Billy Ray Rodriguez and Justine Ann Marie Heard; grandparents, Curt and Bille Smith; Robert Heard; Crystal and Mark Cantrell; great-grandparents, Katherine Long; Bill and Roberta Blockcolski.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Garnett and Reola Severe; great-great-grandmother, Charlotte Duncan.
