John Henry "Hank" Rodgers was born January 5, 1906, at Nash, and died July 11, 1932, at Enid, Oklahoma, at the age of 26 years, six months and seven days.
He grew to manhood at Nash, Oklahoma, coming to Enid in 1926, where he made his home with an aunt, Mrs. J. S. Logsdon.
In 1927 he became a member of the I00F Lodge. He was United in marriage to Marcella Davis November 1, 1930. To this union one son was born, Alfred Davis.
At the time of his death he was employed at the Oklahoma Wheat Pool Terminal as weigh master.
He is survived by his widow and son, eight months, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Rodgers, Orlando; two brothers, Bob, of Perry; and Ned, of the home; one sister, Mrs. Florence Baxley, Washington, DC; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Rodgers of Memphis, Missouri, and Mrs. Rosa Waterbury of Nash, and other relatives and a host of frien
