WILLIAM E. RAINS DIES AT SON'S HOME

William E. Rains 74, died late yesterday afternoon at the home of his son, Walter R. Rains, 414 West Randolph. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 O'clock at the Henninger Funeral Chapel with Rev. Robert J. Smith pastor of the First Methodist Church in charge. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Survivors besides the son with whom he was living is another son, George H. Rains, of Fort Worth, Texas, and two daughters, Mrs. Grace Hockensmith, Gallatin, Mo. and Mrs. Lydia Wooten, Everett, Wash. and ten grandchildren.

The Body will be cared for by the Henninger Funeral Home until time for the rites.
