Roylyn Dale REIM

Memorial Park Cemetery

February 5, 1943 - December 5, 2021

Funeral services for Roylyn Dale Reim, 78, of Enid, will be Friday, December 10, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Central Assembly of God. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 5-6 p.m. at Anderson Burris Funeral Home.

Dale was born on the kitchen table, February 5, 1943, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Henry and Violet Reim and passed away on December 5, 2021, in Enid, OK.

Dale graduated from Carrier School in 1961. Dale and Evie were married March 30, 1963. Dale started at Hill Electric and received his contractor's license in 1976 with license #775. He then started his own business, which later his son Phillip joined and later his other son Paul. He enjoyed many hunting adventures with brothers and nephews. He loved flying and earned his pilot's license. Dale loved classic cars, motorcycles and racing Nortons on dirt tracks. He had fun gold prospecting with Paul. Dale had a heart of gold and if he found out you didn't know Christ, he would make sure you did. He donated many hours of his time to attending Promise Keepers, bringing the DOC men to church service with his wife. If he heard you needed a helping hand he would give his time, be it car repairs to electrical. Dale and Paul did a few mission trips with Central Assembly using their gifts of electrical knowledge.

Dale was preceded in death by his father Henry, mother Violet, his brothers, Roger, Kenneth Clarence and David, and his son Phillip.

He is survived by his wife Evie, son Paul and wife Angela, one granddaughter Abigail, sister Zelta Goldsberry of Fair Oaks, CA.

The family has requested donations be made to Humanity Hospice of Enid.

Condolences may be made online at www.andersonburris.com.
