A Celebration of Life for Lucille Phares, age 91 years, of Sand Springs, formerly of Enid, is 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tommy Cole to officiate. Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Lucille was born June 26, 1926, in Enid, to William and Willa (Johns) Webb, and passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She married Bert Phares August 11, 1944, in Medford. They were married 62 years prior to his passing in November of 2006. She and Bert had two children, Maple and Patricia. Following Bert's retirement, they moved to Keystone Lake near Sand Springs where she has resided since 1986. Lucille enjoyed the Senior Citizen's Center, playing cards and socializing with her friends. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed going on trips and various activities.

Lucille is preceded in death by her parents, William and Willa Webb; husband Bert Phares; granddaughter, Amanda Cook; three sisters, Loretta, Vera Mae, and Grace; and five brothers, Mancil, Virgil, Herb, Glen, and Billy.

She is survived by two children, son Maple Phares and wife Brenda, of Enid; daughter Patricia Daggs and husband Don, of Sand Springs; two grandchildren, Bert Large and wife Tracie, of Sand Springs; Fawn Bishop and husband Drew, of Moore; one great-grandson, Zach Cook, of Sand Springs; and one great-great-granddaughter, Keria Cook, of Sand Springs.
