Memorial service for Rebecca “Becky” L. Payne, 62, of Enid, Okla., will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Craig Shriner will officiate. Burial will be held privately at Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive guests 6-7:30 p.m. today, Jan. 16, at the funeral home. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born to Charles G. Payne Sr. and Betty Payne on May 7, 1952, in Enid and passed away on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, in Enid.

She was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Enid High School in 1971.

She worked for Holdings food for 17 years. She later attended Phillips University. She worked as a receptionist for Dr. Jones and later in business management for Integris Healthcare. She enjoyed scrapbooking and was a member of the Birthday Babes church group.

She is survived by her brothers, Chuck and wife Kathy Payne and Mitch and wife Linda Payne, all of Enid; nephews, Chris and Blain; nieces, Toni, Stacy, Tracy, and Molly; great-niece, Morgan; and great-nephews, Ryan and Colin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be given to Emmanuel Christian School, with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
