Funeral services for Lavern Raymond "Bunny" Moulton, 93, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2007, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Rev. Wade Burleson and Rev. Ted Kuschel will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Bunny was born Feb. 16, 1914, east of Garber and Covington to Leroy Bliss and Elizabeth (DeVore) Moulton and died Monday, July 2, 2007, in Enid. He grew up in the Enid area and attended school in North Enid.
He married Sylvia Juanita Coen "Babe" April 7, 1933. They had been married 74 years. He worked as a route driver for Quality and Oklahoma Laundry. He and Babe owned and operated the A&A Cleaners until 1975, when he retired. Bunny was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, where he served as treasurer. He served as a deacon at Enid Bible Church for several years before changing to Emmanuel. He is survived by his wife, Babe, of the home; one son, Duane Moulton of Enid; two daughters, Delores Flecker of Oklahoma City and Jorcelyn Lunday of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Donald Wayne Moulton of Enid.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, four brothers and one sister.
