Memorial Mass for Carolyn Lester, age 56, of Enid, will be 2:00 PM, Monday, April 2, 2018, at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Rev. Philip Louis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Carolyn was born October 4, 1961 in Fort Carson, Colorado to David and Marilyn Honeycutt and passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in Enid.

Carolyn grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School. She married Mark Lester on November 13, 1987, in Enid, where they made their home. Carolyn worked at St. Marys Hospital as a transcriber, she was a clerk at Atwoods, and assistant manager of World Bazar. Her greatest job was being a homemaker, and raising her daughter. She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, and the Corvette Club of Enid. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, quilting, gardening, and all animals.

She is survived by her husband Mark; daughter Sara Burk Smith and husband Bryce of Moore; mother Marilyn Bass of Enid; and father David Honeycutt of Kentucky; other relatives and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her grandmother Velma Poore.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to OMRF- Breast Cancer Division or Stars Rat Rescue.
