Lemon – A. D. Lemon, 68, a pioneer of northern Oklahoma and for the past two years a resident of Enid died at his home, 1316 W. Oklahoma, on Tuesday morning after a lingering illness.
Mr. Lemon leaves to mourn his loss, his widow and nine children: O. B. Lemon of Coupeville, Washington; W. A. Lemon of Clinton, Ohio; M. Lemon of Wichita, Kansas; J. B. Lemon of Hollywood, California; Mrs. Evelyn McCormick of Enid; Frank C. Lemon and Mrs. Wilfred E. Powell of Enid; Mrs. Joe Gibson of Clinton and Mrs. W. C. Schwartz of Manhattan, Kansas.
Funeral services were held in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday morning. Doctor F. H. Marshall of Phillips University and Rev. J. N. Sours, pastor of the Central Christian Church officiating.

Mrs. A. D. Lemon, aged 79, passed away this morning, it is announced, at her home in Clinton. The body will be brought to Enid for interment, it is announced. Services are scheduled for Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at Memorial Park Cemetery.
