A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the Igelisia Cristianna Church, 1524 N. Independence St with Rev. Jose' Garza officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Victor was born on August 26, 1997, in Enid, to Cecilio and Miry-Duvy (Najera) Delgado. His journey was one of light and love, marked by a spirit that touched everyone he met. A 2016 graduate of Chisolm High School, Victor worked diligently as a leasing agent and maintenance professional with C-Star Management Co, where his kindness and dedication shone through at Hunter Hills Apartments, Fountain Head Apartments, and Oakwood Apartments.

On April 29, 2018, Victor married the love of his life, Monica Govea, in Enid. Together, they built a beautiful life, blessed with two precious daughters, Edith and Lyssa Delgado. Victor and Monica were attending World Harvest Church, where their faith and community were central to their lives.
