The funeral for Debra Kay Carter, 40, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel. Kenneth E. Wade, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born April 18, 1965, in Enid to Bobby and Alice Jones Carter and died Monday, Oct. 3, 2005, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
She was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Enid High School in 1983.
Surviving are two daughters, Faith Marie Voelzke and Whitney Daniel Voelzke; her father, Bobby Carter, of Enid; one sister, Shelley Goodwin; and a brother, Douglas Carter of Midwest City.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to American Heart Association.
