Everett "Terry" Duane Bain
October 8, 1946 - July 24, 2024

Funeral Services for Everett "Terry" Bain, 77, Edmond, will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 29, 2024, at Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond, OK with Rev. Jimmy Quinn officiating. Burial will follow at 2:30 pm, Monday, July 29, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Terry Bain was born on October 8 1946, in Ponca City, OK to Edmon C. and Lottie K. Carlyle Bain, and died on July 24, 2024 as his family who loved him very much, were gathered beside him. Terry was raised in and graduated High School in Pond Creek in 1965.

In 1967 Terry was married and to that union two wonderful sons were born, Chad Everett and Brad Alan. Terry married again in 2001 to the love of his life, Peggy Tucker Bain. During Terry's working years he had two wonderful jobs, store manager for Atwood's Farm Supply and later as Director of Environment Quality for Groendyke Transportation Inc. Terry loved quail hunting and fishing. But most of all he enjoyed traveling with his wife Peggy. Terry was a very loving person, especially to his wife and all his family. Terry loved his church family also. Terry was always able to make people laugh. He was the best husband a wife could have. Hardly a day went by that he didn't tell Peggy he loved her. He will be greatly missed by his family and others.

Terry is survived by his son, Chad (Brandi), Brad (Ashley); five grandchildren; Peggy's family, who became his family too; Jimmy Coffman (Renda), Jana Samuel (Jason), and five grandchildren and three great-grand children who all thought of him as their granddad too. He also is survived by one brother and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Memorial contributions in Terry's name can be made to the Henderson Hills Baptist Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Serving as custodian of the funds.
