May 10, 1951 - September 19, 2021

The funeral services celebrating and honoring the life of Ralph Krehbiel, 70, of Enid, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday September 24, 2021, in the Crosspoint Church (formally Enid Mennonite Brethren) with Pastor Asher Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Mennonite Brethren graveyard. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Ralph was born May 10, 1951, to Waldo John and Bertha Krehbiel in Blackwell, Oklahoma and passed from this life September 19, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Deer Creek graduating from high school in 1969; he then attended Bethel College. He worked as a carpenter, in the oil field, and cross-country truck driving. He married his wife of forty-one years, Mary Solorio, March 18, 1980, in Wichita Kansas and from this union came three sons. He and his wife Mary moved to Enid in 1982. In 1986 he joined the Fire Department and retired after thirty years as a Lieutenant with the Enid Fire Department. He was very active in his church serving as a church deacon, AWANA volunteer, and also very active with the Gideons. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, carpentry, and photography.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Krehbiel, three sons Toby, Levi, and Eric, three grandchildren, his siblings, Jean (Darrell) Bundy and Bonnie Kliewer, and mother Bertha Krehbiel.

He was preceded in death by his father, Waldo Krehbiel.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in his honor to Gideons International with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
