Carol Dianne Hoskins
January 13, 1964 - September 6, 2024

Funeral Services for Carol (Lytle) Hoskins, age 60, of Lahoma, will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Lahoma Starlight Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Wednesday, Sept. 11th at the funeral home.

Carol was born January 13, 1964, to Everett and Mable (Martin) Lytle, and passed away Friday, September 6, 2024, in Oklahoma City.

Carol attended elementary school at Taloga Public Schools in Taloga, Oklahoma; she then attended Carrier Public Schools and eventually Chisholm High School. She married Jeff Franklin on March 29, 1980 in Enid, and together they had two children, Susan and Johnny. She married the love of her life, Curtis Hoskins, and became the other mom to Lane. She worked at Holdings in Lahoma for many years, and On Cue in Enid. Her favorite job was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was always in attendance at events involving her children and grandchildren. She was one of ZZ Top's biggest fans.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, George, Clinton, and Everett Lytle, Jr., and one sister, Joyce Ann Lytle.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Hoskins, of the home in Lahoma; three children, Susan Earhart and husband Jason, of Newton, KS; Johnny Franklin and wife Sissie, of Lahoma; Lane Hoskins and wife Tierra, of Enid; five grandchildren, Kyle, Lorenda, Payton, Cash, and Harley; and one great-grandson, Brantlee. Several nieces and nephews also survive Carol, as well as other family and many friends.

Memorial contributions in Carols name may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
