KREMLIN — Funeral services for Donnie Sinclair, 45, of Kremlin, will be Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at 2 p.m. in the Central Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Kevin Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Kremlin Cemetery, under the direction of Anderson - Burris Funeral Home . The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 until 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home .
Donnie was born on Sept. 27, 1966, in Fairbanks, Alaska, to Billy D. and Ora Marie (Cordon) Sinclair, Sr. and passed on Nov. 9, 2011, in Enid. He grew up in Moore, Okla., and graduated from Moore High School. Donnie then enlisted into the U.S. Army and later the Army Reserves. On June 22, 1991, he married Tonya Ann McDougal in Yukon, Okla. They made their home in Oklahoma City, where he worked at Hertz Car Rental. In 1993, they moved to Enid and he worked at Halliburton, later at Coca Cola, and at Munn Supply since 2005. They moved to Kremlin in 2002 and are active members at Central Assembly of God Church in Enid. Donnie was an avid Oklahoma State University fan.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Tonya, children, Tyler, Tanner, and Taylor, all of the home ; his parents, Billy D. and Ora Marie Sinclair, Sr., of Moore; his parent-in-laws, Don and Betty McDougal of Kremlin; brother, Billy D. Sinclair, Jr., of Moore; two sisters, Judy (Jerry) Connell, of Moore, and Janice (Joe) Smith of Jones, Oklahoma; nieces, nephews, and many friends.
