May 3, 1948 - January 27, 2021

A Celebration of Life service for Kendall "Kenny" Forrest Skaggs, age 72, of Enid, will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2021, at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Mr. Erik Granberg officiating. Cremation will follow the service and burial will be in the Hillsdale Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Kenny was born May 3, 1948, in Enid to Robert M. and Helen E. Harris Skaggs and passed away at his home January 27, 2021. He was raised in Enid where he attended school and graduated from Carrier High School. He attended Northwestern University.

He was self-employed entrepreneur and was always looking for the next big challenge. He found his true love was raising cattle. His other passions were riding his Harleys, spending time with his children, grandkids, and friends.

He is survived by his children; Douglas Skaggs and wife Kaelynn of Lovelady, TX, and Angela Elliott of Choctaw, grandchildren, Travis and Delilah, brother Robert Skaggs, Jr. and Paula Hurst of Enid, niece Gina Menasco and husband Billy, great nephew Will and Christian and several friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
